1. Please ensure that all hardware, including the control system, has been properly powered on. Note: 5V should not be connected reversely or wrongly.

2. Check and confirm whether the serial cable used to connect the controller is loose or falling off. It is suggested that if the screen is black during loading, it may be caused by this reason, that is, the communication line is interrupted during communication, resulting in a black screen. Don't think that if you don't move the display body, the line can't be loosened. Please check it yourself, which is very important for you to solve the problem quickly.

3. Check and confirm whether the LED display screen and the hub distribution board connected to the main control card are closely connected and inserted reversely.

4. Please check and confirm whether the 50-core flat cable connecting the LED display screen with the Lingxin control card and the hub distribution board is loose or plugged backwards.

5. If the interface definition of your LED display screen does not match the provided hub board, a black screen will also appear. Please recheck whether your jumper is loose, open or short-circuited. If you think you have matched ABCD and other signals one by one, please check whether OE signals are connected correctly. LED display manufacturers strongly recommend using a hub switchboard that matches the definition of display interface.
