2. The core difficulty of thermal design of outdoor advertising machine.

Environmental adaptability: -40℃~55℃ temperature difference, salt spray, dust, humidity, etc.
Optical performance protection: avoid the light attenuation and color cast of LCM module caused by high temperature;
System reliability: dustproof and waterproof (IP55/IP65), low failure rate and long service life (≥ 50,000 hours);
User experience: low noise, easy maintenance and remote temperature control management.
3. Comparison and technical breakthrough of mainstream cooling schemes for LCD advertising machines.
1). Air-cooled heat dissipation type (FAU)
Principle: The LCD advertising machine uses the cold air from outside to exchange heat, and then discharges the heat to the outside. The applicable working temperature is -20~+45℃. Used for cleaner environment. Such as residential areas, business districts, etc.
Advantages: LCD advertising machine is light and thin, low power consumption, controllable cost and IP55 protection.

Limitations: not suitable for high humidity, salt fog or dust environment, and the inner part needs to be cleaned regularly, which is easy to accumulate dust.
